Shabby Chic Gift Bag

I used a sheet of Recollections paper as the base. The rose card is the hand book project from the Art Philosophy cartridge.
The bird I cut from white card stock and Sophie. I used a variety of direct to paper techniques to color the layers. The solid base is Jade Ice chalk pad, the top layer was an old Fabrico pad that I over-sprayed w/ jazz blue Tattered Angels glimmer mist.
The seam binding was colored with the glimmer mist that I had left on the surface of my sink after spritzing the bird!

Pack your Bags

...breaking in a new Cricut cart here- Pack your Bags. It's kind of just a newer version of Life's a Beach but since I have so many cruise, Hawaii, & beach pictures it will get a lot of use.
The patterned papers are from Imaginisce.

2nd Teresa Collins meets Sophie Card

I printed the fleur de lys paper using Teresa Collins Black and White cart for the Imagine. With the Sophie cricut cart I cut the decorative edged card, the label, and floral shapes.
It was my first time making a twisted ribbon rose. I used some of my hand dyed seam binding , a Gloober and followed Beate's tutorial on Spilt Coast Stampers. I can't wait to make more of them!
