Happy House Warming

I made a couple of these little house cards to send to all the little offspring leaving my brothers and my nests this past week. I used Cricut Wild Card to cut the house out of Basic Grey Designer series papers. Added a little distress ink to the edges and a circle punched out of acetate for the window.

My Apologies

for being such a slack blogger. We just got back from our summer vacation- a wonderful Alaskan cruise. And my "baby" is leaving for college in a week so I haven't been spending much time in the stamp cave as of late. I am hoping to get back into my crafty swing come September!

A childs Year

I was really surprised by how much I am enjoying this new Cricut cartridge. I really like the card shapes function that comes with it as well as the shapes, tags, and the font. Here are a few cards that I have made with it since I got it on Saturday.
The shapes are so easy to work with and a yield a very nice result for minimum effort!

Variations on a Theme

I loved this card design on the cover of the current card creations and had to try lifting it- there is just something so pleasing about the trio of elements on it.
It was a fun way to really give my Martha Stewart punches a bit of a work-out too.
