Cards For Soldiers

It is so important not to forget our service men and women who will be stationed overseas away from their families this holiday season.I have been doing these cards for years for them.Michaels will be collecting your card donations through the end of the week to send to them.Please consider making a few to brighten their day.

Happy Halloweenie Card!

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays- so fun to decorate for but not all the stress of shopping and cooking, and entertaining.

I made OODLES of Halloween cards this year. ( I think about 25 of 4 different designs.)
This one features an old SU! set Halloween Hedgehogs. I made it a bit more current by coloring it w/ Copics. The patterned papers were from a Pine Cone Press Christmas set that had been gathering dust on my shelf for 2 years (It was suffering from the "too cute to use " curse.) I sliced it right up and vanquished the curse!
The ribbon I picked up @ Hobby Lobby for $1 on sale and it actually is a lovely seam binding.

TeamWorks Blog Hop

I'd like to share with you a lay out that I created using  the Simple Stories "Say Cheese" collection.Living just a jump, hop, and a skip from Disneyland ,I have TONS of Magic Kingdom photos to scrapbook.
This collection makes it so easy to put layouts together using the coordinating papers, stickers, borders, and accent cards.

 The Simple Stories papers and stickers look great with a Chip accent that I made on my Cricut machine.

(Tip Time- How I tell Chip from Dale... Dale has an "e" in his name and his nose is red which also has an "E" in it)
