The idea for this came from a stamp camp project created by Amy Combs.
All stamps and punches are by SU!
I added just a teensy bit of Stickles to the stamped images.
The candies under the punched scallop circles are peppermint patties YUM!

Holy Cow

I scored- I got all this for $13 on clearance @ Mike's. I am supposed to be on the ban wagon but some prices are just too low to be ignored!
I think that these papers will look really good with the cuts from A Childs Year.

Easy Peasy Happy Halloweenie!

I really liked how these quick and easy cards came out- I just ran the haunted house thru the cuttle bug folder and trimmed them out- rubbed a little ink on them. Punched out the moon w/ a circle punch , and the little ghostie is a QuiKutz.

For the Card Fairy Army

I am a member (soldier) in the Cricut Card Fairy Army- we send cards as requested to individuals who are ill, suffered a loss, or maybe have a special day to recognize.
Sadly-it does seem to be mostly get well and sympathy cards. So I have been mining my Cricut cartridges to come up with appropriate cards.
I made this one with From My Kitchen ( the little face I just cut out with a pair of scissors)
It took me awhile but I finally figured out how to weld with my Gypsy and welded the letters together from Sesame Street font.
The patterned paper from Cosmo Cricket goes so well with these retro designs.

SweetHearts Samples

Sweet hearts was one of those carts that I didn't think that I would have use for (no big pile of wedding pix to scrapbook!) but I went ahead and got it and really love it. There are so many super cute images on it. This is the anniversary card that I made DH and a close up of the tag I put on his gift made using it.

I really like how this card turned out- I used Cricut Wild Cart to cut the card, liner, oval, frame, leaf, and sentiment.
The PP is ancient Provo Craft but I still love it.

Playing with my Winter Woodland cart here- I love how the snowflake on the SU! (So many Scallops) stamp matches the snow flake on the preprinted DCWV card.

Happy World Card Making Day!

I couldn't let today pass by with out churning out a couple cards in the stamp cave.
I headed over to SplitCoastStampers.com and did 3 of their challenges this afternoon.
What's nice is that a lot of the bits and bobs on these cards were just spare parts that I had cluttering my desk from previous projects!

I love pink and black together- here's a card that I did using Cricut A Childs Year, Making Memories -Sabrina patterned papers, SU!/Sizzix scalloped oval die.Photo corners= are from EK, and ribbon is COD Wholesale.com

Happy Fall Y'all!

You'd never know that it was autumn here in sunny Southern California- we have triple digit temperatures all week.YUCK!

Here's a fun Fall card that I made using the Stamped Solutions cart. for the Cricut. I REALLY REALLY like this cart- it is one of my faves.

The patterned paper is from a little Fall Stack by Recollections at Michaels. I like how the leaves from doodle charms matched so well.

Another Fund Raiser LO

Here's the second one that I came up with for Jenae's Mission fund raiser.
This is a one pager that I figured that the ladies could use for girls night out type photos or shopping expeditions :-)

The sparkley patterned paper is from Making Memories and I picked it up at that Tuesday Morning in Placentia (How come the Chino Hills Tues AM doesn't have good stuff like this?!)

I used the following Cricut carts for the cuts-
Accent Essentials for the scallop Square
New Arrival for the girls
Graphically Speaking for the title

Autumn Owl

I think that I might need to change my moniker to Chripin' Meg from Stampin' Meg as I seem to be doing a lot more Cricutting than stamping lately!
This card features the owl and sentiment from the Stamping Solutions Cricut cart and the leaves are from Doodle Charms.
The back ground papers (leaves and wood grain) are from a great little 5 x 7 tablet that I picked up at Michaels with my half off coupon this weekend -it is their own in-house label Recollections.

Joy of the Season

Here's a LO that I put together to do as a scrapbooking fundraiser for my friends daughter who is collecting funds to go on a mission. I got a great deal on the Making Memories patterned papers at the Tuesday Morning store in Placentia.
I used the Cricut Joy Of the Season cartridge to cut the pointsettia and the sentiment.
Snowflakes and lace border are Martha Stewart punches, photo corners by EK Success.
Now to just kit up 10 more of these!

Happy House Warming

I made a couple of these little house cards to send to all the little offspring leaving my brothers and my nests this past week. I used Cricut Wild Card to cut the house out of Basic Grey Designer series papers. Added a little distress ink to the edges and a circle punched out of acetate for the window.
